Good day to everyone on the board,
I am looking for some SB friendly cookie recipes. I have one that I will share with all of you, and let me tell you, they are awesome. But, I do get tired of them and don't always want to spend the money on the SB ones in the store. If you can share any of yours, I would be very appreciative. THanks and have a great weekend.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup Splenda white sugar

Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that the Splenda brown sugar is a blend of sugar substitute and real sugar.

Actually I loved these in the old days when I ate all those awful carbs and stuff so I was thrilled to see the modified version.
You must have missed it above.....
I posted in the previous post that the recipe makes 16 cookies and 1 cookie is a serving.
