Good day to everyone on the board,

I am looking for some SB friendly cookie recipes.  I have one that I  will share with all of you, and let me tell you, they are awesome.  But, I do get tired of them and don't always want to spend the money on the SB ones in the store.  If you can share any of yours, I would be very appreciative.  THanks and have a great weekend.

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup smart balance margarine,
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant FF/SF vanilla pudding mix 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

  • 1/4 cup Splenda white sugar

  • 1.2 cup splenda brown sugar

  • optional  I like to add 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup wheat germ, and 1/4 cup flaxseed

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, and the sugars.  Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture.

Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

Actually I loved these in the old days when I ate all those awful carbs and stuff so I was thrilled to see the modified version.
