please inform me if this ingredient is okay or not. My kids love coco wheats and that is the first ingredient, is it okay for me to eat? I'm guessing you are going to say no, but I thought I'd check anyway.

thanks kathy, I'll do that, I make a point of journaling everynight before bed and see of you'll can pull me out of this rut!

Another option is oat bran cereals - my personal favorite. They have more the texture of cream of wheat/farina, and they cook much faster than regular oatmeal.

This is my favorite:
