Does anyone have a good homemade ph 2 bread recipe?

Not a bread maker recipe, I don't have one yet. I really want one though!

Thanks!

I had a delicious tuna melt for lunch! Only 1/2 a slice! :) You guys are right though it is hard!

I love that I know I am eating really healthy bread that I made. The best part is the everyone eats it, so its not just sitting there waiting for me to eat it. I have to keep up with making it because the hubby and the three kids love it also. Even before sb we always bought ww bread even if it wasn't sb friendly. I don't think my kids have ever had a piece of white bread lol. So they don't at all turn up their noses at it.

I would love it if you guys posted some of your favorite bread machine recipes! SB friendly of course! ;)

I'm on a roll...

I used this recipe:

INGREDIENTS

For 1 1/2 lb. bread machine

1 1/4 cups water

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

3 to 3 1/2 cups King Arthur 100% White Whole Wheat or Traditional Whole Wheat Flour

1/4 cup sunflower, sesame or flax seeds, or a combination (optional)

1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

Put all of the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed. Program for basic white bread, and press Start.

and it came out ugly!!! I think I should have added the seed mixture after the kneading cycle, but I just threw everything in as the recipe said and that's what it came out like. I'm not familiar enough with bread machines to diagnose the problem and make appropriate changes.
