phase three or phase two?

awhile ago i when i started SB with a friend, she said that we probably only should go up to phase 2. phase 3 would work for average hight, average built ppl, and since we're both petite she said it probably wouldn't work for us too. phase 3 would make us gain since it helped people of average height and medium bones maintain. i've kinda strayed from SB, but now i want to get back into gear. i can't help thinking about what my friend said though. i'm 5'0'' (she's 5'2''). would phase three make me gain? should i stick with phase two in order to maintain?

I'm not really sure what your question is.
Basically - phase 3 is "whatever YOU need to do to maintain your weight".
