i've read over the lists a bunch of times of what is and isn't legal on the sbd. but what i can't find is how much of something counts as a food group. like the lists will say "have no more then 2 slices bacon a day" but does that mean that 2 slices count as one meat serving? and same follows for the other food groups. sometimes it doesn't get specific as what counts for what. though it does list to "have no more then".

Also, some things...such as turkey bacon and other processed meats...are limited because they are high in sodium, may be higher in fat/calories, etc.
