Oriental Green Beans


 

!/4 tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp black pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp canola oil

1/2 cup fresh alfalfa sprouts

1-1/2 cups green beans

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

1/4 tsp soy sauce, low sodium



Prep & Cooking Time:  20 min.



Yield: 4 servings      Serving Size: 0.500 cup(s)



Directions:
In a large pan heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add beans, ginger, and pepper and cook stirring frequently for another 5 minutes. Stir in sprouts, sesame seeds and soy sauce and stir for one minute until all ingredients are heated. Remove from heat and serve.
