This sounds so good, because I love stuffed peppers!! But I am new to this and was wondering what tomato sauce and diced tomatoes do you get? Are they all ok, is there a certain brand you get that has less sugar in it??

Cathy,

I'm trying this tonight, do I add any water or broth to it?

PS I'm trying the spaghetti Squash Breakfast casserole tomorrow, I can't wait LOL

Cathy,

I know you are not a big fan of ground turkey. Did you use ground turkey when you made this recently??

Thanks!
