Started Phase 2 and not losing!

Is it normal to experience a stall right in the first week of Phase 2? I have been very careful to only add one grain and one fruit per day and have been increasing my excerise to 5-6 days a week of cardio plus strength training. I can try sticking it another week in Phase 2, but perhaps I need to just stick to Phase 1?
I am getting frustrated by the scale not moving and I really want to lose some weight before my wedding in May.
Any suggestions?


It's not unusual to have a few weeks in phase 2 where the scale doesn't move.
Yup, very very normal.
Thanks for the responses, I guess I just need to realize I didn't gain it over night :)
I will stick it out and start journaling and see if that helps at all.
