White Bean with Basil Dip

White Bean with Basil Dip
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 roasted red pepper, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 can (19 oz) white beans, drained, rinsed
Directions:
Rinse and drain beans and place in food processor. Add celery, red peppers, vinegar and oil and puree. Add basil leaves and hot sauce and mix well until blended. Decorate with a few basil leaves and serve with toasted pita bread or crackers.
