Frozen Meals

I am just starting P2 of the SB diet. On P1 I lost 5-6 lbs. I am 5' 5" and currently weight 155 (with my P1 weight loss).
I tried LA Weight Loss 4 years ago and was very successful. Between that and going through the "divorce diet", I managed to lose 27 lbs. I maintained my 138 lbs until I met my current hubby. Slowly, the weight started coming back on (hubby is a meat and potatoes - NO VEGGIES man). I have managed to put back on 20 of those 27 lbs.
Ok, to my question...when I was on the LA Weight Loss plan, I found it very easy to stick to the plan because I could get variety by having a different Lean Cuisine every day(during the work week only) for 1 meal that usually counted as a starch and a veggie. That really helped me personally to stick to the plan. The weekends were a different story when I had more time on my hands to cook. Is it ok to do that on South Beach diet - not necessarily the Lean Cuisine, but ANY frozen meals?
Thank you and I look forward to being a part of this group!

Hello!
Frozen meals can be tricky because you really have to read labels carefully and make sure only whole grains are used and no sugar or "illegal foods" (corn, white potatoes, raisins etc.)
Hi Keri,
It's nice to meet you.
