Maggie's chicken strips

Made these for the superbowl, and they were a hit!   I think I got the coating a little thick.   


To make them a little more like hot wings, I prepared per the recipe directions, then once they were pretty well cooked, basted them with Frank's Hot Sauce, turned and basted the other side, turned again.


Hubby loved them, and when I asked if he wanted me to make them again, he said, well, they are really good, but they have to be a lot of work, so that's o.k. you don't need to.


OK -- they were not a lot of work -- I bought chicken tenders, no slicing required, and just dipped, and shook in a plastic bag and put on the pan!   Of course, I didn't tell him that -- I'm going to take credit for them being "a lot of work" every time I make them for him!
