I made these tonight and they were just mouth watering. The only thing is, I think I took something healthy and made it unhealthy! This is what I did to them, feel free to slap my hands and tell me bad girl!
2 cups cauliflower florets 1 TBS Smart Balance 2 TBS Light Sour Cream Chopped Shallot 1 Clove Garlic minced Salt and Pepper Red Pepper Flakes Parmesan Cheese
