Who knew popcorn and a movie could be part of a healthy eating plan? It can be, if you hold the dousing of those chemicals they call "butter flavoring" anyway!
Turns out popcorn is a perfect example of a whole grain you likely already know and love! And at just 31 calories per cup for air popped popcorn, you can snack away to your heart's content.
