For my snack I just had a banana and I sliced it up into about 5 chunks and put peanut butter on each piece......YUM!

I used to like a sandwich this way so figured this would be a great substitute and it was. Anyone else? If not I recommend you try it.

Oh and I had a glass of vanilla Soy Slender with it and it made a perfect snack :-)

I make the kids banana oatmeal pancakes all the time and they love to spread peanut butter on them and roll it up!

All these ideas sound good too. I have not done the banana slices on the pancakes in awhile, it is so good....I'll be giving that a go tomorrow.

Phase 2-er's have to try Dana's pnb banana "sushi"- piece of w/w bread, roll it flat w/ a rolling pin, smear w/ natural pnb, banana in the middle, roll up and slice like sushi- yay! :-)

oooh, with a little sugar free chocolate "soy sauce" dip.

This would be cute as heck for a party.

I LOVE it Destiny & Randa! Sounds great. I bet the kids would love it too, fun & yummy. I'll be trying this for sure....also you could just eat it like a pb&b 'taquito' :-)
