Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Came up with this last night and dh gobbled it up.
- grated parmesan
- garlic powder
- oregeno
- s & p
- egg
- center-cup pork chops (I've found that bone-in chops end up a little moister than boneless. Conicidence maybe?)
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish and scrambled the egg in another. Pat the pork chops dry with a clean towel, coat each side with egg then dredge in the cheese mixture. Place chops on a shallow baking pan and bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes. Fantastic!

YUM! I am always trying to figure out what to do with pork chops. Sounds great. The guys will love this. I think I'll make this and the lime garlic chicken recipe above this week (and possibly that yummy taco pie recipe someone posted some time ago that I stumbled across)
