Swiss Chard and Tomatoes


A delicious and easy way to get some greens in your diet.

Serving: 6
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes




1 tablespoon chicken stock or olive oil
1 bunch swiss chard, stems & leaves coarsely chopped (or substitute spinach)
2 large tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1-2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 cup crumbled herbed feta cheese





1. Heat oil (or chicken stock) in a deep pan.
2. Add Swiss Chard, tomatoes, and garlic. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes.
3. Stir in Feta Cheese and serve.



Based on individual serving.
