freezing meat loaf?

I'm going out of town for 10 - 12 days in May, and as some of you know, if I don't stock the freezer before I go, Pete will live on Mconald's and Powerbars.

I already have two dinners' worth of lasagne vacuum-sealed in the freezer, ready to be microwaved.  I'll make a bunch of Michael Ann's chicken fingers, which I know freeze well, and I was thinking about the Te-Mex meatloaf.

My question:  will it freeze well already cooked so he could just nuke it, or would  be better to freeze the meat loat mixture uncooked in the pan so he only has to unwrap it and pop it in the oven?

(Probably a topic for another post, but I bought the $10 Reynolds vacuum sealer and really like it.  The bags are kind of expensive, but the food doesn't get freezer burned at all.)

Thanks in advance!

I will give my DH lots of credit though -- at least he looks in the freezer for what I may have for him.

It used to be when I traveled, the rotation was: Pizza, Subway, Arby's Wendy's, Chinese . . . . . .

I'm glad he is learning!
