Parmesan/sun dried tomato chicken

Chicken with Sun Dried tomatos and Parmesan. Suitable for Phase 1 onward.
In a coffee grinder or food processor combine:
1/4 cup unsalted almonds
6 sun dried tomatos cut into pieces (NOT the ones packed in oil - just dried)
Process until medium/fine but not oily (don't make almond butter).
In a bowl combine:
1/4 cup NF plain yogurt
Processed almonds/tomatos
2 large cloves garlic (or to taste)
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
4 T shreaded parmesan cheese
2 T chopped parseley
Pepper
Mix until combined. If it is too thick, you can add a bit more yogurt. It should, however, be fairly thick.
Lightly salt and peper 4 chicken breasts and then spread the mixture on top. Place on a broiler pan and cook at 450 for 20-25 minutes (or until they are at your level of doneness - with chicken I know everyone has their own taste).
