Hello, I am new to this message board, but am so excited that I found it!!  I have been following the SBD for about 2 1/2 Weeks now and just moved on to Phase 2.  My question is, what is a good snack that I can grab and go with?  I love the almonds, but am limited.  I am a mother of 3 beautiful children, 15, 7 and 5 and I am always on the go between them and my part time job and I am always looking for a snack that I can take along with me that is not "fresh" in case it needs to sit in my car for a period of time.  Of course my house is full of Oreo's and chips and I've been real good about avoiding them, but it gets harder by the day!!  Any great ideas so I can keep to the diet???

Once you're established in phase 2 you can have up to 3 fruit servings a day.

Some other things I take with me:

SBD bars/Kashi bars
splet pretzels
Triscuits or other SBD-friendly crackers
nuts/sunflower seeds
dried fruit
SBD friendly cereal in a baggie to munch on
If I know I will be out for awhile, I take a small insulated lunch bag w/reusable ice pack so I can pack things like apples, yogurt, cheese sticks, etc.
