Daddy came through with no problems. The only time we noticed any change in his heart rhythm after the procedure was when my stepmother would start trying to baby him - his heart rate would go from 70 to 85 in a split second, then drop when she left him alone. I've always said she's part of the problem!
Thanks again for the encouragement - it made me feel a better about this whole thing!
Oh, my sister-in-law's mather wole up right before they decided to pull the plug - she's being transferred to a long term care facility now!

That's such GREAT news! Glad your Dad did so well! Had a good giggle at your step-mother having a part in his pulse rate going up with her trying to baby him! ;0)
