This is so easy! Try brown basmati rice on the side for a simple and fragrant dinner. Serve leftovers with stir-fried vegetables for a quick and easy weeknight meal. iVillage foodies suggest adding garlic to spice things up!

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes




6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup light soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
10 whole black peppercorns




1. Put all ingredients in a (approximately) 5-quart pot.

2. Cover and cook on the stove on medium heat for 30 minutes.
