Hello,


I am now on Day 3 of Phase 1 and so far I am liking it. I have been going through my recipes (I have piles and piles and piles...cooking is my passion) and finding ones that fit. I do have some more questions though..


1) What to eat for breakfast besides eggs? I can tell this early on that at the end of two weeks (or maybe even the end of this week) I won't want to look at another egg. I have had them scrambled with ham and rf cheese. In a frittata with broccoli. Hard boiled. What else can I eat? I am not a big fan of eating leftovers for breakfast or artificial sweetners. I plan to stock up on some lunchmeat, but making rollups seems more like a snack thing anyways.


2) Is goat cheese and allowed cheese in any form? Creamy goat cheese has 6g of fat per serving. I have a lot of recipes that call for this, but I wasn't sure if it was considered "full fat" or not.


3) Is prosciutto a legal deli meat? I have a lot of healthier recipes that call for it in moderation, but I wasn't sure if it was lean or not. What are the guidelines for lunch meat besides no sugar added?
