I just put in fresh fruit and when I used to use Splenda, a spoonful of that.

How did you flavor it?

The typical favorite is a spoon of peanut butter and about 2 or 3 packets of Splenda.

I usually do about 3 packets Splenda per cup, plus whatever flavor I am using (vanilla extract, fruit, jello powder, pudding powder, etc.) If if got runny I am thinking you were trying syrups? I use no more than 1 T syrup per cup, just to get the flavor, then add Splenda to get the sweetness. If it was tart, just add more sweetener. I can easily make it sweet enough for my 7yr old to gobble up. I also recently made a yogurt dip to bring to the pool for fruit that my friend's kids gobbled up and they usually eat nothing but sweets!

I guess I should have clarified......

I took 1/2 of a large plain low fat yogurt-I think it was Dannon-and I mixed in a packet of SF Peach jello.

You used a WHOLE packet of jello?? For 1 cup yogurt (there are about 4 cups in a large tub) I only use about 1 tsp of jello powder! Then a couple packets of splenda. The jello doesn't add sweetness, just the flavor, you still need to sweeten it.

Also, how did you mix the jello into the yogurt? Over stirring yogurt will cause it to break down and become runny.

I've never had much luck with experimenting with regular yogurt -- I always get the Dannon Light n' Fit for eating, and use the regular ff yogurt for coleslaw.
