I made the banana yogurt muffins yesterday.  I used ww flour and splenda.  They were very chewy and had a big artificial sweetner taste.  Would the pastry flour I've been reading about make this better and is there something else legal to sweeten them with?

this time of year is definitely blueberry for me. I live next to an organic blueberry farm. i am about to start picking to feeeze for the winter.

Lately I have been using WW pastry flour. The way to go.
I use organic sucanat for sugar. I am not into artificial sweeteners. a secret for great toppings is : grqted lemon rind, a little sugar, melted healthy smart butter and oatmeal. The lemon zest is so good. My last batch: my son said, the top seems carmelized and he loved them. My DIL called and wanted my recipe. Leila
