Darned Search Engine!!

I don't want to ask anyone to spend a lot of time helping me, but I am trying to do some meal planning and I'm extremely frustrated by the Search & Advanced Search(no matches found)!!
If anyone knows where I can find some of these things, please let me know.
Here is what I am looking for (there's a lot):
crockpot thread
soup thread
a chicken recipe with pesto
a coconut milk recipe
a recipe using ground turkey (not mexican flavors)

I just bumped up the soup threads and crockpot thread.
I don't have a lot of recipes that use pesto, but here is one that Cathy had linked me to previously.
Funny you should ask--I just made 2 recipes using coconut milk in the last 2 days. One was the Thai Curry Shrimp from last night, and then a soup for lunch today. I'll try to get them posted today.
Here's what I was able to find. Hopefully, they have the search engine working now.

and here's one I had saved in my recipes file...
Baked Pesto Chicken
This is from the SBD Quick and Easy Cookbook, pg 197. We had it last night and it was pretty good - very easy. Don't know why I never thought of simply cooking chicken in pesto before! I did make one change, I used homemade pesto that I had in the freezer.
4 boneless, skinless Chicken breasts
1/2 cup pesto (it says from a jar - but I would recommend homemade if you have it handy)
2 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (1/2 cup)
salt and pepper
Heat oven to 375. Season chiken with sat and pepper. Spread 1/4 cup of the pesto in a 9X13in baking dish. Lay chicken breasts over pesto in an even layer and spread with remaining pesto. Cover baking dish with foil and bake chicken until cooked through, 20-25 min. Un cover and top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 5 more min. Makes 4 servings.

Thanks Rebekah!! I went thru my printed recipes and didn't have some of these. I rely on the board (and search feature) alot when it comes to recipes.
This is the chicken-pesto recipe I was looking for. I am making it tonight. Thanks again!
Karen - I have about had it with the search thing. Its been a HUGE issue with my menu planning. I don't always save a recipe when I see it, I just kind of make a mental note of it, then go back and grab it when I am menu planning. Well now that just isn't working and I can't find ANYTHING on the board. I've had to start saving EVERYTHING I see onto my computer that I *might* want to make so that I know I can find it later. Its been a pain in the you-know-what. I really hope they get that fixed soon! I can see how it may not seem a big issue on most boards - but it is SO essential here because of the massive quantity of information we have on this board!
Anyhow - just sympathizing with you!

Both glad and sad to see this.
Glad I was able to help, Karen.
It seems that one word searches are working for me, but 2 words is just to much for the search engine to handle. But even a search for 'pesto' didn't show that chicken recipe. And the advanced search doesn't seem to work at all for me. So who knows???
Hope they get this fixed soon too. It is frustrating trying to find something out here...

I used to have an ongoing word file that was all recipes.
