Most definately get a second opinion. I Have had a lot of the symptoms that you are having in the past,chest pains, dizzy spells,and shortness of breath. I had a ablation in 1993 which ended up in disaster,I now have a pacer which I use 99% of the time. I am on no meds though. I have seen many drs. and was told that there is nothing more to do to help me but keep my pacer up and running. I also have very low BP and a specialist told me to drink sport drinks wich really helps with my dizzy spells. Hope your better soon.
