aortic valve regurgitation

I am a 30 year old female. I am fatigued and short of breath almost all the time. I have had lots of bloodwork, thyroid tests, a pulmonary funtion test, etc. I had my first echo last week. The Dr. diagnosed me with mild aortic valve regurgitation and a possible bicuspid. My family Dr. doesn't belive my symptoms are caused by my heart problem. Could she be wrong? I get winded all the time and need to nap almost daily. My ejection fraction is estimated at 60. So I think that is pretty normal. What do you suggest as my next step? Do I need to have any follow up tests? How do I monitor this condition? Do I need to speak to a cardiologist? How serious is this diagnosis? Thank You for your help!
