Could this be Angina?

Hi ! new to this board and have a ? For the last 2 weeks i've been feeling a little discomfort in my chest that goes up my throat and down my left arm , in my back and in my shoulders also . It only happens when I'm doing household chores . My chest also feels very heavy when this happens, leaving me very tired . My family history on my mom's side is full of heart problems . My mom has already had a heart attack , and my grandmother died of an Angina attack in her early 50's . If I rest for a little while it goes away , but comes back , for example doing the laundry or vacuming etc. I'm 38 and female . This is kinda scarey for me , it's already happened twice today .
