Anyone using Crestor?

Hi everyone. I saw my Cardiologist this morning. Good news is i've lost 6 lbs...woo hooo....LOL It's small but it's a start. My last stress test showed some plaque in an arterie, so I have to get blood work done tomorrow for a baseline and then start taking Crestor. I've taken Pravachol for about 7 years, but it apparently wasn't doing as well as it should. Does anyone here take Crestor? If so, would you share your opinion or experience with it?

Thanks,

Rhonda in CA

So, you've had some good news and a wee bit of bad for us, eh? Congratulations on the weight loss! I've managed to lose 24 pounds, so far, and I feel so much better alrready.

Oh, girl, I'll be keeping everything crossed for that blood work! And I'm sorry, but I know nothing about Crestor. Hopefully, someone here will have had some experience with it that the can share with you.

Hang in there, chickie! The best is yet to be!

Heartfelt Christmas Hugs ~

Hello Rhonda: My name is Harry Townsend(60) and my Mom(80) lives with me since her accident. The past 4 years we have been learning about Nobelists and their discoveries over 50 years ago. The medical community have ignored them because it didn't involve using high priced drugs. Did you doctor tell you about the side effects of "Statin" drugs? Did he tell you these drugs block something our body needs, called Co Q10? If you prefer to use Conventional medicine, then please disregard this message. If you would like to become your own FDA, then please listen to the information call that is every Saturday at 1pm Est, 10am Pst - 1.212.990.8000 pin 3024# - this call is recorded on 1.212.990.7025 Nobelist Dr. Linus Pauling discovered how lysine, proline, edta and serrapeptase helps the body's blood pressure and cleanses the arterial plaque. Me and Mom had a problem with high blood pressure in 2005, but now it is below normal. I am merely a researcher sharing information and Paying It Forward. Thank you for your time.
