Welcome to Heart Health, Sarabi4me!! I'm glad you found us!

I'm sorry, but I have no clue when you may be able to go back to your fitness board. In fact, I have to admit that I didn't know what you were referring to. I had to look it up. 8^) If you speak with your doctor, he can better tell you when you may go back to exercise.

Won't you please come back and let us know how you're doing? We'd love to know!

With Heart Hugs, Geri

Hi Geri,

Many thanks for your reply, i have had my p.m for 6yrs now and my daughter was going to buy a fitness board for me. I think asking my doctor would be the best thing to do, but just thought that somebody on this site might know.

Best wishes sarbi4me

Hi and welcome. I got this from the Nintendo Web site:

WARNING - Radio Frequency Interference
The Wii console and Wii Remote can emit radio waves that can affect the operation of nearby electronics, including cardiac pacemakers.

  • Do not operate the Wii console or remote within 9 inches of a pacemaker.
  • If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, do not use the Wii console or remote without first consulting your doctor or the manufacturer of your medical device.

So it's probably the best idea to check with your Doctor first. :)

Good luck and please come back and let us know what your Dr. says.

Hi Karla,

Many thanks for the information, i think that the best thing to do would be as you say and ask my Cardiologist about this as i dont want to be causing myself any more problems.

Thank you again. Sarabi4me
