The other day I was taking a walk with my son in the stroller and I might have pushed myself to hard, but I did fine and cooled down.

I think you may have a form of tachycardia because that's the way you work out

So, you think I work out too hard...my range is 94-140 for my age..target heartrate. Possibly I worked too hard that day after being tired or not enough water? What do you mean the way I work out?

When it hits 145 is it because of anxiety or it just all of the sudden goes fast for no apparent reason? Mine usually rises when I feel anxious and worry. Once I took my bp and I was so worried what my bp was it hit 140 by the time I was done taking it. I have been taking my bp and stay calm and pulse is normal.
