Both my knees! :D We had snow in winter where I grew up. They used to spread cinders to give cars traction. As cars drove by, cinders would end up to the sides of the street. I fell one time, and really skinned my knees. Little scars where the bits of cinders dug in. Still have little marks. :P

I don't drive so technically I've never had a first car. I did finance my then-fiance's third or fourth car or whatever it was. He was driving unfit cars and I was tired of them. I loaned him money to buy a secondhand car that was in good shape. It was a dark metallic green Renault 5 and I loved it to bits since it was never broken or needed complicated things done to it.

I was in Kindergarten....many, many moons ago....lol... We had learned a new little dance at school that was going to be performed at the PTA meeting. I was practicing and showing my Mom and some how stuck my hand through the glass panel on our front door. I still have the small round scar on my left wrist.
