Well, I was warned decades ago (I've been on blood pressure meds for high BP since my DD was born over 28 years ago) about too much coffee. I drink 2 cups, black w/ no sugar, every morning, with no problems. I don't drink sodas, diet or otherwise, only water and FF milk with meals. As for alcohol, it's rare I even have a serving monthly. Usually when we go out to celebrate a BD or anniversary. *Very* occasionally, a light beer at home. I think, like anything else, high saturated or high fat foods, high processed sugar foods, too high sodium/salt, and the quantites consumed on a regular basis plus frequency, are the key. Too much of anything, you could damage your health. A little of something, you enjoy life a little. But mainly sticking to a healthy diet plus some exercise. :P

It's not the dog's fault.

All dogs need to be evaluated as individuals."
