A Cat broke in and impregnated my Siames

A month ago my baby was in heat and all the neighborhood cats would hang out outside my apartment. Well one day I came home and my screen was bent and there was an orange colored male cat in my apartment. Since then my beautiful 3 yr old blue point Siamese has developed a roundish middle and her nipples are very prominent.
She was the runt of the litter and I am so scared for her health. I had intended to get her fixed eventually but wasn't worried because she is an indoor cat. Well looks like nature had other ideas...
Luckily, because she is so cute (and so is the cat that fertilized her) I already have two different people that said they will take a kitten.
She seems to have a bit of diarhea and she is quite grouchy. Is there anything I should do for her? I've never experienced this before. Thanks!

Have you called your vet? I would get his/her professional, medical advice first. I'm sure you'll get some good advice here too from those who've had pregnant cats before. All my cats are spayed so I haven't been through this myself.
Just a note on spaying. Even if you keep your baby inside at all times, spaying is very important to protect their future health. (Following taken from spay info literature)
In females, spaying decreases the incidence of breast cancer (the rate goes down to almost zero if the spaying is done before the first heat cycle!). It eliminates the chance of developing a serious and potentially fatal infection of the uterus experienced by many mature unspayed animals (pyometra). Spay surgery also eliminates the heat cycle and associated mood swings and undesirable behaviors, ) and the attraction of all available males to your yard.
The simple fact is that spaying and neutering greatly increases the lifespan of your pet and increases quality of life as well!
Good luck to your Siamese and please let us know how she is doing.
