WHY DO POPLE NOT GET THERE ANIMALS SPADED AND NUTURED BEFORE THEY COME IN HEAT ARE THEY HIDING UNDER A ROCK. THERE IS SO MUCH TALK ABOUT GETTING YOUR ANIMALS FIXED IT MAKES ME MAD THAT THEY THINK OH ITS ALRIGHT IF THEY HAVE 1 LITTER OR LET THEM COME IN HEAT ONCE IF THEY DID ANY READING OR TALK TO A VET THEY WOULD SAVE THE ANIMALS A LOT PAIN. COME ON LETS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. I,V HAD SO MANY ANIMALS DUMPED ON ME THAT ARE WITH BABIES OR IN HEAT THAT I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THESE PEOPLE AND PUT THEM DESEART AND TELL THEM NOW YOU FIND FOOD AND WATER AND SEE IF YOU CAN SURPORT YOUR FAMILY. SORRY FOR SOUNDING OFF BUT IF YOU LIVE IN THIS WORLD YOU KNOW THERE TO MANNY ANIMALS AND YOU SHOULD DO SMETHING ABOUT IT. JOANN

Responsible pet ownership begins with spaying/neutering. There would be a lot less homeless cats and dogs if only people would get their pets spayed/neutered as soon as they brought them home. Heck, I've even taken ferals to the rescue clinic to be spayed, neutered, shots and the like.

Even if a pet is an indoor only pet, what happens if they sneak out and don't come back right away? Not only might mating occur, but there are plenty of diseases that are spread through mating.

If someone cannot afford to get their pet spayed or neutered, it makes me wonder how they can care for them at all. Vet visits aren't cheap. But, if a pet owner finds themself short of money to have it done, there are low cost clinics throughout the U.S. Or, ask the vet to arrange a payment plan.

Animals are forever - and so is their love.

It's pretty obvious that you are talking about me and my post...

FYI I bought my pure-breed Siamese with the INTENTION of breeding her with another pure-breed Siamese. There are a lot of families around here that want Siamese. That is why I did not spay my cat.

I think that your "yelling" post was quite rude and if your trying to get a message across I suggest that first of all you approach the situation with a little psychology and second of all: get all of the facts BEFORE you make judgments about another human being.
