I am relieved to say no, not any more. :) I have had some issues in the past, being overweight, eating too much salt in a high fat diet. Now, on the same dosage blood pressure med diuretic, I have no problems at all due to staying on a very low sodium diet and losing weight, as well as exercising most days. Even in hotter weather, which always used to acerbate swollen ankles for me. I can still remember puffy fingers and not being able to wear my favorite rings :((, and puffy ankles and wrists as well. I'm sure I was actually puffy all over, but fingers, ankles and feet were the most noticeable. I am glad I don't live under the threat of higher dosages, with the attendant high risk of side effects. At least for now. Scary, also, that some meds actually *cause* swelling or puffiness, too, as a side effect! :O

Luckily no. I think my feet might have swelled when I was pregnant if I spent too long on them, but that's it!

Occasionally my feet will swell if I've been on them all day or eaten foods with a lot of sodium, but typically no I don't experience swelling in my legs/ankles.

I used to have a problem with swelling, but no longer. I had gotten really ill about 3 years ago or so and I saw my docto the next day. He put me in the hospital, where I stayed 3 days. I lost 30 pounds of fluid!

That's great, Poppy! That isn't a pleasant thing to go through.
