I "FINALLY" figured it out, or rather my ds did.
Tried to sign in and was having some trouble, and my ds helped me to figure it out...
Yeah!!!
I did it or should I say "WE"...;)...lol...:)
Maybe we should talk about stress...kwim?
What stresses you out or what are your "Stressors"?

My favourite thing is to journal or read, sometimes I listen to music..."haunting" music.


Other times I love reading "Affirmations"...they help me a lot.

In order to meditate I need/want "Absolute" quiet which rarely happens where I live...:(

I loved to sew, crochet, and embroider but the RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) has just about made most things like that near impossible for me...:(...I can type though and it's good exercise for me...:)


Tempted to buy a sewing machine but it would take me All day probably to thread it...sorta like everything...I am the "turtle" and others are the "hares"...it will get done..."Eventually"...kwim?...;)...lol...:)

ACK! I hate when there are "issues" like that and trying to figure out what the heck the problem is. LOLOL! :P



I've found what helps me control stress or worry or anxiety type stress, is sticking to my daily T'ai Chi Chih practice, doing a few moves throughout the day (and even at night, when I have to get up to use the bathroom). Making sure I walk with my Mika dog nearly every day helps, too. Also, if I have trouble sleeping, I put some Lavender scented lotion on, or some Lavender drops on my pillow cases. The aromatherapy is helpful, also. ;) If I find myself "escalating" I consciously slow my breathing, and breath slowwwwer, in & out. That helps my body calm down while I work on calming my mind. What we think, creates an immediate reaction in our bodies! :O

Sewing stresses me out so I don't do it.
