Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Those look really good. When I make quick breads
like banana, zucchini or pumpkin, I replace all
the oil in the recipe with nonfat plain yogurt.

For carrot cake, I replace all the oil with
pumpkin puree. I'll post my recipe closer to
the holidays.

I've been lurking here since FIL went into the
hospital last week. He had a quadruple bypass, and
today they moved him out of intensive care.
