I am a female in my early 20's. I've had an awful temper for as long as I can remember. I learned my temper from my father, it's all I remember of him, especially when he was in his 30's and would grab his chest when he'd get very angry...
I even have breathing problems where I have to yawn sometimes just to get breathing normally...even when I am in good shape i have breathing problems and I rarely (though it used to be quite often) I'd get chest pains, possibly due to my anger.
Am I at risk of dying young?:
How can I get my husband to really help me, not just one day and then things are back to normal again. He says he wants to help me, but I don't think he understans totally how big a deal my temper really is.
I am not "as" bad as I was...but when my temper flares it flares
any suggestions to control my anger are greatly appreciated.
