Could someone tell me how you know if you are on a plateau & if so how do you end it? I was reading some of the suggestions on http://www.split.com & I was wondering if anyone has ever tried or known of any one who tried the CKD Day which consists of "carbing up" by eating as many different kinds of carbs as you can in one 12 hour period, then continuing with the Atkins as usual. What is the purpose to jump start your body to losing weight with the Atkins plan again? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
