Okay, I've been on the diet 11 days and have lost 11 pounds. Remarkable considering I haven't been following the diet exactly as I should. However, I am ready now to add exercise to my new life.
One of the nurses at my doctors office recommended the Tae Bo tapes. She said her and her husband use them and they are a great workout.
What are your suggestions?
I not only want to lose weight, but I also want to tone. Not to the point of looking like a man, but I want nice feminine definition. I don't know what my body fat is, but I would like to get it down below 20%, maybe even close to 15%.
Thanks as always. And if I haven't told you before, you gals are really great!! I love the Atkins diet, but I love you all too -- I couldn't have made it this far without you!!
