In regards to your FB post, it is your body preparing you to get up with a little one:) Get used to it you have 18 more years of it.

I haven't eaten breakfast yet, waiting for my kids to get ready for school and on the bus before I eat.

I will probably eat cottage cheese and my crackers

Have a protein shake at my coffee break Bible study.

Lunch I have no idea yet.

Dinner will be homemade turkey soup with homemade bread. It's my once in a while treat but sometimes it doesn't sit very well.

Hi, Barb. I really don't know if it is pregnancy related. I've been experience this for quite awhile now (I'd say about 6 months).

Breakfast: Bacon strips, low-fat cheddar stick

Snack: Balance Honey Peanut Protein Bar

Lunch: Ground Turkey Taco meat with shredded (l/f) mexican cheddar

Snack: Greek Yogurt with Truvia

Dinner: Parmesan Garlic Boneless Chicken Wings (my new obsession)!!!This MAY be pregnancy related, lol.

I have talked to the surgeon's office and the NUT but they are really no help-- the surgeon only cares if it's constant diarrhea for 6 hrs which I don't get since with the little amount I eat even when I have diarrhea it is only 2 or 3 times and I am empty.

Alice I am so sorry that you are having problems but more importantly that your NUT doesn't seem to be of any help. That really makes me mad. Their JOB is to help you!

It is funny how everyone's experience differs though regarding the constipation or diarrhea (sp?). I have been so constipated since day one that I NEED to take Miralax every single day. I've stopped now that I am pregnant and will switch to Metamucil which is ok for pregnancy.

What kind of foods are you eating now? Do you find that you are usually sick after eating a particular food? You said you were lactose intolerant now, right? What kind of protein shakes are you using? If you are mixing powders with lactaid maybe switch to mixing them with water only to see if that
