yes! "the language of letting go" and "how to survive the loss of a love"-- both have been very helpful for me! ;-)

I've read them all I think ;-), but the one that helped me the most was "Letting Go" by Zev Wanderer and Tracy someone (?). I don't agree 100% with everything they say (I especially think their time frame is unrealistic), but they had the most practical tips and techniques...and they really work!

I thought the least helpful book was Mars and Venus Starting Over by John Gray...blech.

I've always liked How to survive the loss of a love, and it's free online at:

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I will have to go by the library later and pick these up. I would think it would be hard to read a book about loosing the one you love. What was your experience like? I guess I'll have to read and find out. I just dont want to think about it anymore than I have too. I'm trying to forget him.
