Hmmm, well no contact is pretty impossible to do when you live together. I know some people try it by giving the "cold shoulder" but that is an extreme form of *contact,* not "no contact." Just sitting there being mute doesn't constitute as no contact. Staying away from each other as much as humanly possible and not participating in any unnecessary discussion or discourse, that counts as no contact.
Just tell him whatever you want on the way out the door. Be aware, that at that point you've stooped to level that isn't your natural standard.
