Hang in there Linda...at least you are out there trying. So many people just get back into their shells. IMHO that is why there are so many single people out there. People don't want to take any risks.
I agree with Claribeth re getting out there, but I also agree that many men lie about their age. I've posted about this before, but it blows my mind how many men do this. I too was shocked at how much older a lot of these guys look, compared to their alleged age. At first I just assumed it was due to men not being as pressured as women to look young for as long as possible. But then when I joined Yahoo Personals and saw how many men put "I'll tell you later" under age (and the age listed under their main photo was much younger than they appeared in the photo), I became extremely skeptical about any guy's stated age. I'm guessing younger women don't have to deal with this as much, but it seems to be par for the course if you're in your 40s.
I met a guy who said he was 30 when he was 33!!! (At 33 why do you need to lie) I met a guy who said he is 38 and when we met he looked like 45!! this is becoming a common and expected lie!

>>By the way, I sent out a couple emails, and several winks. I got no response from the last group. That was really frustrating. And depressing.
I wouldn't make drastic changes. IMHO any inactivity is likely due to the peculiarities of Match and it's rotation of profiles.

Thanks, Amjay!
Hey, Linda!
I don't get onto this site very often, so it may not be new anymore, but that photo of you is GORGEOUS!!!
The red is amazing on you and those collarbones peeking out... it rocks! (p.s. I'm a girl, and don't mean anything naughty by that...!)
Sorry if the pic is old news, and I'm a day late, but wanted you to know!
