I am keeping you all here, and only you all here, informed.

Because each and every one of you has helped me.

And I wont forget it.

I have made it past the second date hurdle.

No, as all of you know me now, she does not look like claire forlani.

But, she's so freakin hilarious, I can't stop laughing when I'm out with her.

It's one of the most pleasant things I've ever experienced.

Our birthdays are the same day....FREAKY.

Of course, I dont know how it is gonna go, but, i'd say, acutally she is the
opposite, of what i thought is pleasant (alabama accent, tall, drop dead gorgeous, quiet), and she's from the north , outspoken, cute, etc.

But she's freakin hilarious, and, we like most of the same things.

I will keep you all informed.

And yes, I am still stiving to look like adrian paul.

Great, glad to hear it! Now, aren't you glad you didn't ignore her or not show up??

Do you have a 3rd date planned?

OOPS

That girl cancelled on me twice in the end.

I meant to say, this girl, late mon afternoon said
why dont you come help me walk my dogs....

This is not cheating, for all I know the other girl,
with TWO cancellations, has 15 boyfriends.

So, I go over to walk the dogs. I told her already, I don't
think we are a match, but I could use some friends really.

I show up and this girl is freakin absolutely knock out personality.
No, she's not a hooters girl, but I never cared about that.
We even have the same birthday, date!

It's freaky.

She's cute. I don't mean claire forlani cute, but man, just
plain american girl cute.

AND HILARIOUS.

TOTALLY HILARIOUS.

2nd date is tomorrow.

drop dead gorgeous chic will probably come back from
'whereever' and I'll be 'married' LOL

"drop dead gorgeous chic" don't need Match...

Not true lg1964, I have been told by several men that I am "hot" "gorgeous" and even "drop dead gorgeous" before, or even "Why are you on here? You can get any guy you want!" If I had a dollar for every guy on match that asked me "why are you single?" I would be rich and in the Caribbean right now. I think I'm pretty, but I wouldn't go as far as they said. I have some insecurities issues sometimes.

Anyway, my point is, I have come to use Match.com because it's actually hard for me to find men! I'm tall, blonde, have some meat on me, I've been told I'm intimidating, and I never get approached in public situations! I think I've been approached a total of MAYBE 10 times in my life, and I'm almost 26! Once guys do get to know me, they are floored that I'm down-to-earth and nice. I think they automatically think I'm dating someone or I'm a snob. It's very frustrating! Sometimes I want to go out with a t-shirt on that says "I'm single."

So yes, pretty women DO need match.com.

I second that! I turn heads when I'm out and about but I just came out of a marriage that lasted my entire 20s so all my friends are married. The single friends I meet don't do bars so I have no one to go meet men with anyway. Guess I could go alone but that just seems to be asking for trouble. Some of us just want to open up our options, meet as many men as possible so we can find the best possible person. Most of the men I've found on match live on a completely opposite side of town from me, so I would have never met them anyway because I mostly hang out on my side of town. That said, I haven't found too many drop-dead gorgeous men on match, but I'm not going to assume that just because someone's on match, they can't get a date otherwise.

I have considered ordering a T-shirt that
reads "I'm single" too!! I wonder what
kind of reactions we would get?

I think that's great but, I am wondering,
how does someone from the north get an
Alabama accent? Her folks? Just
curious ; )

Continued luck to you!!

I'm not sure what kind of reaction we would get out of that t-shirt. I'd love to try it though! I live in KY and I have my "Gettin Lucky in Kentucky" t-shirt and I get looks and comments about it all the time. I would be afraid to wear it to a bar though, as the guys may think I'm easy!

Well howdy to you as well! :) I'm not as southern as most people from Kentucky. I actually live right on the border of Ohio, by Cincinnati. So I consider myself more of a city girl than anything. But technically I am from Kentucky, so I get the common stereotypes all the time. Yes, I do wear shoes, I have a closet full of them. :)
