Oh, goodness, maybe he's the same guy with the voicemails who hounded that woman to pay her share of lunch since she didn't go out with him again as she had "promised"...maybe that guy had to move from NYC to Dallas because of those infamous tapes, LOL!
It does sound like you do need to hone your "delete and block without bothering to spend time responding" reflex a bit, however ;-).
I had a recent round on CL myself..and while I don't say *your pic gets mine* I do request one. Still, you get the guys who expect one in return.
I had a guy send me several emails, but instead of sending his photo, just sent a piece of it each time. Oh, how intriguing. Not. Anyway, he finally sends the completed photo and is definitely not my type. Oddly enough, now he's upset that I haven't responded, adding 'just what is it with all you CL girls who don't send a photo then disappear?'
(Umm, to the best of my knowledge, I didn't promise you anything). I promptly informed him that we weren't a match, wished him well in his search and yes...I blocked.
I hate to agree with the LOSER but "your pic gets mine" does suggest that you will reciprocate with a pic. I've felt that way myself that I send a pic and someone doesn't reply. Of course I don't go out of my way to make a nuisance of myself, LOL!
I generally say "pic for pic" which is more generic. Do you think it can be misleading too?
I put "no picture = no response" on my CL ad because guys also expected a pic back from me before when I said "your pic gets mine" on my CL ad, too...even if I wasn't interested.
It doesn't make sense, but guys would like to see you, even after rejection, perhaps to justify the rejection, i.e. "well she was too fat/ugly/skanky anyway" or whatever excuse they want to use.

Good move on the blocking.

Well, I always figure it's fair that if they send me a picture and I am interested that I'll send mine back.
