Hi...I just found this board and thought I'd introduce myself. I am new to ivillage but have been doing Leslie Sansone videos for years. I'm glad I will be able to talk to others who also work out to Leslie's tapes. I look forward to meeting everyone and reading the posts on this board.

Can you recommend the must haves. Currently I own:

1 & 2 mile get up/high cal burn
3 mile advanced walk
4 mile Super Challenge
Walk & Kick
Walk & Jog
You Can Do Pilates
Express: Walk Strong
Two Mile Walk with Leslie

Ok now, what am I missing !! ;)

Hi...Thanks for the welcome! I also own quite a few videos by Leslie. I bought her tapes before she did the WATP series. If I don't own it, I have seen it or have owned it.:) I really enjoy the WATP Express series and For The Abs series. And Walk & Kick and the Walkblaster series definitely does kick my butt!:) There are still a few Leslie workouts I haven't tried yet like her 5 Mile Advanced workout, but unfortunately, my budget isn't limitless!:)

So you have a wall unit filled with exercise videos? So do I! I like having choices when it comes to working out. I also enjoy yoga and light weight training workouts. What are your favorite WATP workouts?

Here's what I would call my "must-haves" :)


1) 3 mile Powerwalk


2) Walk Away the Stress ( 2 mile but a good one ;)


3) 5 mile Advanced walk


4) 3 mile WATP for Abs


5) 3 mile Express

How do I get started? Are there any rules, is this a competition, please tell me a little bit about the walk away the pounds message board!! By the way, I've just received an e-mail saying that Leslie will be on QVC this Friday!! How exciting!!
