Which WATP Tapes Should I Buy??

Hi -

My name is Molly and I have been trying to lose weight practically all my life. I am a 48 year old grandmother of four, 5'3" and weigh 165 pounds. I would like to lose 30 pounds and have been trying the Atkins diet. I lost weight on that diet about 5 years ago (60 pounds) but have since put 20 of it back on. I have been reading about these tapes for a long time and want to give them a try.

Now here is my question. I am not new to exercise. I have been going to the gym (although slacking a little lately) but I am pretty good at the step classes and at kickboxing. I don't want to invest in tapes that are too easy, if that's possible. I need a good workout and something that will boost weight loss and toning up. Which tapes would you recommend that I buy? I know there is a kicking one......would that be good? Do you do these tapes every day? Any input you have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and a great Thanksgiving to everyone who reads this.

Molly

I love my WATP's video, but if you are already bench stepping these video's will be too easy for you.

Well, thank you all for the great information. I think I will try to find the 3,4 and new 5 mile tapes and add them to my current exercising (which has been lacking lately). I can't stand this extra weight and it is so, so depressing to me. Even my hands look fatter!! I can't stand myself for letting this weight creep back on. I can blame it on stress all I want ( I had five funerals this year ) but I know that it is all me. Well, back to square one for me. Thank you all, wish me luck...............Molly

I started WATP in early 2003. A friend lend me a tape and I loved the excercises but I gave it back to her and later on forgot about it. In January 2003 I realized I'd gained about 10 pounds and my husband went out of the country for 2 weeks so I decided to try to lose them and while he was away I bought my own tape and went on a diet and lost about 5 pounds. I realized I could really lose the weight if I stuck to it. Four months later I was 25 pounds lighter and a size 2! Which I had not been since I was in Junior High! I was so happy and everyone noticed the new confident me. I stopped working out for a while due to working late and traveling but now I'm right back on the wagon again its a lifestyle.
