Which WATP Tapes Should I Buy??

Hi -
My name is Molly and I have been trying to lose weight practically all my life. I am a 48 year old grandmother of four, 5'3" and weigh 165 pounds. I would like to lose 30 pounds and have been trying the Atkins diet. I lost weight on that diet about 5 years ago (60 pounds) but have since put 20 of it back on. I have been reading about these tapes for a long time and want to give them a try.
Now here is my question. I am not new to exercise. I have been going to the gym (although slacking a little lately) but I am pretty good at the step classes and at kickboxing. I don't want to invest in tapes that are too easy, if that's possible. I need a good workout and something that will boost weight loss and toning up. Which tapes would you recommend that I buy? I know there is a kicking one......would that be good? Do you do these tapes every day? Any input you have would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and a great Thanksgiving to everyone who reads this.
Molly

I would say if you're not new to exercise,
I agree with all those ones too Jackie!
Keep us posted on which ones you get!

I love my WATP's video, but if you are already bench stepping these video's will be too easy for you.
