Hi Cyrise...we chatted for a bit last night in the WW chat.

I am using Weight Watchers and Walk Away the Pounds, and I love it! I finally feel like I am losing weight the healthy way, and I finally feel like I can reach my goal of -80lbs this time.

I've been at both WW and WATP for about 6 weeks, and I highly recommend the combination!

Hi Stefanie - I thought that was you! 6 weeks - I have never stayed committed for 6 straight weeks - you are an encouragement! I have come to realize this needs to become my lifestyle - I am 41and seem to gain weight very easily! OK - so far it is you and me on

I think there are several people on this board that do WW and WATP. Anytime you put a good exercise plan along with a realistic eating plan... it's a winning combo. PC

Yes, I just did my 3 mile for abs walk. Right now, I am in a Christmas miles challenge on the WW board, but it seems like there are only 2 of us in the challenge, LOL. I am going to post a new challenge after Christmas. I hope you, Cyrise and Autumn (and everyone else lol) will join in.

And Autumn...I know what you mean about slacking around finals time. I didn't slack too much this year, but I was able to take the time off of work to work on both exercising and final projects. That will probably never again happen in my lifetime so I took advantage, lol. You'll be done with school this week, CONGRATULATIONS!!!
